Delivery and return

Orders are prepared and sent in the following 48 hours.

Your package is sent the day or next day of your order, if it was placed before noon.

In case of delay regarding the delivery date stated during the order and not justified by force majeur, you can ask us to deliver the ordered product with an extended period by a recommended letter with an acknowledgment of receipt or by writing to another durable support.

In case of non-delivery at the expiration of the extended period, you can report your order by a recommended letter with an acknoledgment of receipt, except if we delivered in time. Then, you will have an full refund of the payments made in the fourteen days following the report of the contract.

You have 14 days to return the product.

As a non-professionnal buyer, you have fourteen days from the reception of the product to notify of your wish to withdraw, then fourteen more days (from the communication of your wish to withdraw) to return in the product in perfect condition.

We commit in refunding the total paid, including the delivery fees and fees from the return of the product

The total refund of your order and the delivery fees will happen at least in the fourteen days from the day we have been informed by the withdrawal decision. The refund can be postponed until the reception of the product or until you have supplied a proof that you sent the products.

Satisfaction warranty

If a jewel doesn’t correspond to your expectation, you will benefit from a warranty  of 30 days from the reception of the product to send it back in perfect condition, in its original packing and in an adapted packing with your return coupon (sent with your invoice), the certificate of warranty a,d your precise instructions. Simply precise the reason of the return, it will be exchanged or you’ll be refunded (exept carved models).

If you wish to return your jewel, please send a mail to our customer service.

Vouchers are not considered as monetized valuables, they can’t be refunded or exchanged.

We inform you that for every demand of refund, it will happen during a 15 days after reception of the product.
